Received a call from this number @ 1:36 p.m. 4/1/2015.
I answered it and said hello several times, could tell some one was on line but they said nothing and then hung up.
My caller id listed the name Troy Williams with the number.
Have received several calls lately from various numbers with the same results but not the name.

Called Mar 24, 2015 at 3:33 pm. No Message. Caller ID = OUT OF AREA (However, origin of call is only 5 miles away)

I got a call that week too. Name on caller id was Long Harry. It was a woman. She said she was with Florida Energy Group. She wanted to know if my electric bill was over a certain amount. She said she could get me reduced amount on my bill. That there would be a guy in my area the next day. I told her to give me the name of the organization she worked for and if I was interested I would call them. She knew me by name. At first I thought it was legitimate.
