I picked up the phone and the lady at the other end said:
"Oh, hi, I didn't think anyone was there. This is Emily. I'm calling because you stayed in one of our resorts in the past and I'd like to offer you a trip to the Bahamas..."
I asked what company she was with and the voice kept going. I asked again and no response, so this is obviously a robocall.
I pressed 1, then 0, then 9, then pound to be connected with an operator and nothing happened. The voice kept going on about how she just had to ask me a few more questions *then* she would connect me with an operator. I hung up instead of waiting.
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
