Won't Identify themselves.

Wouldn't identify themselves, says they need social security numbers over the phone. Scam call

Got a call from them trying to verify the last four of my ssn, they did not identify themselves or the company until I flat out refused to verify this information and said I don't even know who you are. The phase this is an attempt to collect a debt was never spoken by them and only after my refusal to answer did they identify themselves.
