This number has called into my office several times this week. I always answer, but there is never anyone on the other end and it hangs up after 10-15 seconds. I suspect it's a robot that is not functioning properly.
407-809-5966 called March 21, 2017 at 12:35 pm No message. Caller ID = OUT OF AREA, which when coupled with NO MESSAGE, and previous reports on 800notes of ROBOCALL, is usually a guaranteed sign of a telemarketer or SCAMMER (who doesn't want to be identified).

Looking forward to Ajit Pai, the Chairman of the FCC, to enforcing Robocall Strike Force in 2017! Scammers using Robocalling are #1 complaint to FCC, who call at a rate of 2.4 billion calls per month. FCC recently shut down one Robocaller who was stealing money from victims at $500,000 per day!
