Yes, it is Disney. We were just in Florida visiting our son who is participating in the Disney College Program. So when a $35.00 charge showed up on my card with this phone number referenced for April 11 and we left April 8th, I was a bit concerned since our credit card was used in many places. Then I just remembered my son had to pay a $35.00 registration fee because he is extending his stay for the Spring Advantage Program. So our charge was legitimate. Now if people are getting a huge charge on their bill and they never bought tickets for Disney, somebody ELSE is scamming them, not Disney. Meaning....someone stole your credit card info.
this number processed my credit card for $1,364.48..it is fraud and was not authorized by me i live in SC and the card was processed in California. Apparently they do not check to see if everything is valid but it is now with the fraud dept. and hopefully will soon be taken care of BEWARE of all calls from this number....

Felt I would try and help others with a tip. Save the numbers in your contact list with a no ring tone and the name "ZZZ" so they will show at the bottom of your contacts. If they do call you want know about it.
As for your computer open your Internet browser in the top right open tools, then INTERNET OPTIONS, in the center of the page DELETE history and file slowing your computer. Defragmentor puts this in order as A throuh Z. You should give the computor time to run deframenot. Once you have perform save as a restore point.
