no message. called two days in a row.

no message call to unpublished number

rude calling automated recording just starts talking when you answer
This is unsolicited and I'm on the do not call list
When's the government going to do something when people violate our privacy?

When I pick up phone, no one is on the line.  I get calls from this number about every other day.  I am on the do not call list.  What can be done to stop this nuisance?
