Who called from 4078322964

Called my cell phone, no business has been given my cell phone number as I do not give it out.  Any calls like this is nothing but a scam for a fact.

I received a call from this Orlando # at 8:23AM yesterday. I didn't answer & no v.mail was left., I know NO ONE in or near Florida. Seeing how many other people have recently received the same type of calls from this #, It makes my heart hurt that my first thought is that they could possibly be trying to exploit the recent horrific tragedy in Orlando to try to scam money from caring people.
