This is the phone number from ORANGE COUNTY JAIL, my cheating husband works in "BRC" where they book people in after arrest. So when one of his many corrections officer girlfriends want to call him and be sneaky they use this number so there isn't a way to return calls. If you wanted to return a call you have to know who it is and call the jails main number and ask for what ever cheating spouse your looking for...which is most of them sadly.
