Who called from 4078406595

i missed the call but when i tried to call it back the recorded operator said i could not make an international call to call an operator. weird!!

Same thing happened to me several hours ago. Tried to call back but recording said not able to complete call as dialed.

Didn't bother answering it, or calling back.

It showed up on the screen with a plus ("+") sign in front of the number.  Does that plus sign mean anything?

how weird I just got called from this number too. + usually means cell phone as far as I know.

recorded message offering trip to bahamas for $99/person... you have to be 25 years or older to participate......
