No clue why they were calling me; I don't live anywhere near Kissimmee and never been to Family Health Care.

Hmm, same thing here, telling me to make an appointment, but they called themselves Davita Health Care, whereas the number is registered to Family Health Care. I don't have Family Health Care or Davita Health care. I have a different clinic. No idea where they got my 1. NAME, 2. PHONE #, 3. possible MEDICAL records.
