If you went to Home Depot and you were approach Home specialist person and they asked you questions about your water or other things about your home you may get a call from them just so they can verify that the associate is doing their job.
I did a water survey at Home Depot too."Mark" told me he was following up and that I was chosen for a gift card from HD and that he needed my street address, implying that it would be sent, but instead he wanted to schedule a water quality test and I would be given the gift card at that time Unfortunately I was distracted and not only gave him my address, I told him I couldn't schedule because I was on vacation. Doah! Any way/organization to report this deceptive practice to?
received phone call at 8:45 and did not answer. they left no VM. I called back within 5 minutes and it rang and rang with no answer. I blocked this call as spam as I did not fill out any forms or answer any questionnaire in Home Depot or any other store.
