It's UCF alumni calling for more of my money. Funny, they called at the exact time I opened my mail...which had something from UCF to donate money! Nope.
Received a call from this number this evening. Knew it was an Orlando number but wasn't sure who was calling at 9 pm on a random Tuesday evening. I do have 2 family members that attend UCF. From the looks of it and reading the comments, looks like they want donations.
UCF Phonathon. They call several times a year (more often if you have multiple degrees). They are not subject to the do not call list because the university has a relationship with its former students and graduates. You may request to be removed from their call list or solicitation list when they call or my contacting the alumni association or foundation through the ucf.edu website. They have hundreds of outgoing lines that do not ring if you try to return the call. If someone answers, it is just coincidence that they were getting ready to call someone else when your call came through.
