Who called from 4078874111

I got this call twice today.  I have blocked this number because I do not want calls from this number anymore.

I've been called like three different times on three different days, i think it some kind of Telemarketing..

I continue to receive calls from this number with no message left.  When I try to return the call the message says it's not a working number.  I have put my number on the do not call list numerous times.

I've been called twice by this company, on my cell phone, on two different days. The recorded message is talking about helping me with my debt. I have no debt.  Someone's fishing (or phishing).
