I agree. I have had very poor service from Rpm realty and Keith Race. The whole team is crooked and they will not take care of the property because they just don't care.
Judy in maintenance is a true liar also. You will end up paying for things just because they will be lying to your landlord. It is really sad. I advice to stay as far as possible from this real estate company if you don't want to end up with troubles and broken things they will hold your responsible for. This people are not professional and they are not reliable.
