I have to give this collection agency credit for being pretty gutsy. They violate the FDCPA right on their automated answering message. Not to worry folks... If you want to get paid by them for their violation of the FDCPA, type FDCPA in google's search engine and the first couple of hits are to attorney's who specializes in getting you paid for all FDCPA violations. If you'd rather not go after them which, makes no sense to me considering you can get thousands of dollars for their stupidity, simply block their number and be done with it, but, I say you should turn it around on these low life, hypocritical collection agencies who's collectors are also debtors just like you and I and teach them a lesson on not violating the FDCPA. I've already retained an attorney and these scumbags are about to pay me!!!
