Its a scam - if you call the number back theres a recording saying you recently visited an affiliate website and you will get a $100 gift card. You have to pay shipping and this is where the scam is - DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD information! You ID will be stolen OR you will get fake charges!!
Simply add the number to your Blocked Call list.
OR call them back and just play them a long - I did, gave a false name then they come back and confirm!! Give them a fake address and fake credit card number then when everything is done simply tell them to get a real job - keep them on the phone as long as you can because this will reduce the number of calls they are able to handle!
