a friend in Iowa messaged me that he got a call from a Theresa Johnson..(officer)..and that they had him down as a contact for me...I am thinking this is a scam because I am not hiding in any way my address ect so since I had not received a bill ect in the mail or a call with a message..and..I am in fla..not Iowa..

Left message that a claim made aginst me and my employer would be notified.Called phone numer given and "Karen Jones" answered with instructions for me to leave my name and number (I did not). On researching this I note the name "Karen Jones" has come up in postings re: this person calling aboiut what clearly was a fraudulent act telling people that they would get a certain amount of money if they woud send a "fee" within 35 min. etc.
They called our office twice today looking for a Michelle Flynt or Michelle Flynn (I could not understand the name on the automated message). They want to serve her papers. The first time I got a hold of someone & tried to explain to them that they had the wrong number, this was a place of business & there is no Michelle here. I was hung up on before I could even finish. The second time, I called the number back that was given, 407-915-0689 & spoke to a rude woman who said she needed my phone number to take our number out of their system. I told her we have like 8 different lines & I only knew 2 of the numbers. I gave them to her & they did not come up. I told her she needed to figure this out either by the clients name or her file number I was given. This lady did not like that, got belligerent with me & then slammed the phone down & hung up on me! How do I get them to stop calling? It has been twice today & it is tax season & I don't have time for this nonsense!!
