Robo dialer. Left automated recorded voice mail claiming that I had requested life insurance information. Gives options to opt out or to call them back, etc.

Why would you waste the filing fee? What damages are you going to claim seek?

I believe you misread. The person was simply saying that they had got a call from thus number and going off the above post to this persons they said that they will being the they haven't yet but will now after getting this information.  You see the word will and that tells the reader that it hasn't happened yet.

Called with no message. Will block. People that do solicitations are evil. They have no souls. They just look like people.  I hope they die.
