They called me three times, never left a message. I answered on the 4th ring and a woman told me she was from "South Florida Vacations" and that I'd won a free cruise from a pet expo. I was at that pet expo, but it was more than 9 months ago and I didn't enter anything to win a cruise. Even if it was legitimate, they wouldn't have waited so long to call and I'm 100% sure I never entered anything. She knew my full name and address, so I'm guessing they stole information from the expo's registration site. I told her to stop calling me and blocked the number, it's clearly a scam.
A woman called my home phone, which I have NEVER given out, and she knew name. She left a voicemail thinking that I actually answered the phone. Saying "Hello? Deb? Hello?" then I could hear her do a long sigh. It had to be the Cable company (Charter) that sold my info. I'm even getting sudden spam emails that I am having to unsubscribe from. I have never been to a pet expo, and haven't been to an air show since I have gotten this phone #.
Looking at the other callers on here, I am pretty sure they got my number from a drawing I filled out for at an RV show. They call all the time and never leave a message.
