Called my cell, rang once, hung up. I called back and got a recording of "Lisa" saying that I had won a $100 gift card. I didn't listen to the rest. Scam.

Rang once then stopped.

Phone rang once then quit

Rang twice than hung-up

7:50 pm cst  -  Rang twice to my cell then they hung up - I would agree its a scam, on your cell just send them to your reject list then you don't have to deal with it again.
