Started getting multiple calls after signing on Publishers Clearing House!

missed call, no VM. Called it back and got a message that it wasn't in service 1 minute later. Funny. Put it on my block list.

By reporting this will it stop this number from calling any more?

has called my cell phone once a month at least for the past 4 months, no message left.

IDIOT call!!  How does someone make a call out on a number that has been disconnected when you call back to give them a piece of your mind?  These people are worthless garbage!!  I'm going to start placing blame on the phone companies for allowing this to continue.
