Typical one ring scammer that calls and hangs up hoping you will call back to a) validate your number and b) possibly bill your cell with some ridiculous charges. Just google one ring scam and you can find more info.
Called no message......I'm registered on the do not call list...... These people should be shut down......Said on internet if you look up number something about cruise ship.........They must have never heard of the do not call list.....Have been getting quite a few unwanted cruise ship calls and scammers from other numbers also....
