I spoke with someone from this # saying that they were from Caribbean Cruises and that I had won a free 4 day cruise on the Bahamas Celebration out out of Palm Beach, FL. They wanted my debit or credit card to bill me $118 for port charges. I asked for a # to call them back on (already had #) but the man on phone said that he would call me back and terminated the call.
Admin Edit: "It's a FAKE comment!"

I got this call and actually BOOKED the cruise!! (I just had to pay a port tax, which I didn't care about...) I did this early in May of this year, and we are actually going again! Not sure why you were having issues with the promotions #..... The 2 phone #s I have are for Promotions (where they get you the cruise), and Reservations where you book your dates you want... Here are the #s : Promotions : 1-877-470-7873 , Reservations : 1-800-221-8200 Hope this helps!
