Who called from 4079565388

I got a call from this number and they knew my birthdate and credit card company, should I be concerned

I got the same call today at 7:37 pm but didn't answer it.

I'm getting calls from this number as well as another Florida company and I live in Canada. How so I get them to stop calling? The woman that answered used my legal name which I don't go by and I never give to anyone. Recently had all of my personal information go missing from a government agency so not sure if this has anything to do with it
