Who called from 4079641635

This is Soap Opera Digest. I didn't answer the first time they called and they called back 3 times in immediate succession. I came here and didn't see the number had been reported so I answered the fourth time. My mistake. Calling about renewing subscriptions.

I am an active member of the "Do Not Call List". Aren't these folks violating the rules of that proigram?
