I received a call from this number and then another number of 877-799-0453 when I googled the number for 877-799-0453 its saying it can't locate the number and they can't find its a private number so anyway I contacted this place it's a collection agency they're telling me that there one in to serve me a summons on a payday loan with Wells Fargo Bank and I told the gentleman I've never been that Wells Fargo I've never gotten a loan from there and secondly have it he obtained my personal information and he told me what when you got this payday loan you gave that right and I said no I've never gotten a payday loan so I turned around and told him what company are you with and he wouldn't tell me that he just got irate started screaming at me on the phone and hung up so its a scam
They call at least once a day. Always the same recorded message. I think they may be related to another "Buffalo" style shady collection agency named "Northern Resolution Group". They use the same tactics. Threaten people and hope they pay something. I bet there is a NY PO Box they want people to send payment to.
I fell for this scam! For the past two months. They said I defaulted on a loan that I took out in 2010. Just yesterday, Tameka called me and left a voicemail that my payment had been declined. That's funny. I have money in my account. So, either they are trying to threaten me some more or they don't know how to properly use a credit card. Either way, i will let my dad know not to answer for them again. They call him more than they do me.
I received a call first that they were looking for my son for check fraud,then the next day received another one for a return item from my bank. I called and they would not give me any information unless my son would call them. I told them that I knew they were scammers and that I was going to press charges on them if they did not stop calling. The lady told me that she would see me in court. I don't know how they got my phone number but I am sick of them calling. I have blocked both of the numbers.
filed a complaint against capital arbitration Group with the FTC. Problem is, the FTC could not even investigate the claim, because they could not even identify this as being a legitimate business. they are not registered anywhere under that name. COMPLETE SCAM
