I got a call from a nut-job when I posted something on craigslist for sale.
When I didn't agree to sell the car for half price, or turn around and go back home to show it instead of going to work, this guy reposted the ad saying it was 1/4 of the cost, or $800. So my phone started ringing off the hook. I forwarded the calls to the Orlando Police Dept.
He posted what he thought was my phone number and email over and over for various things over 5 DAYS. His anger has no end - and what did I do wrong?
(I decided to not show the car that day because it was running hot - so I put it in the shop and replaced the radiator.) When I tried to repost again, he must sit home doing nothing because he emailed me again saying "i'm gonna [***] with you for a long long time"
I checked all the numbers on my phone and it was easy to find out names ... The guy's a real whack job, and apparently buys things on craigslist, bargaining you down, lying about what he's doing, so he can mark it back up and resell it.

BEWARE - it doesn't take much to set him off, and I would avoid him at all costs.
He's constantly on craigslist and you should not buy anything from him - most of it is likely stolen and he might be using it as a ploy just to murder you.
