After I answer hello, it said "goodbye" and hung up

I got a lot of these. The usual scum. They leave no message, are up to no good.

Left no msg. Hung up. On do not call list. What's the point of being on list?

Timeshare sales...  it's a robot calling you hoping when you answer a rep will be available. If there isn't one available you get the goodbye. Very annoying and should be illegal...
