Got a call from this number. I didnt pick it up becuase I didnt know who it was. When they didnt leave a message I decided to call back. I got a recording saying this number was NOT in service.

IT'S not the first time I received an unsolicited marketing call, even thou my cellphone number is included in the donotcall registry. The call is in spanish an it basically tells that your are the winner of some type of gift an in order to collect it you have to pay some $$$.
Obviously, is a fraudulent call directed at ignorant people that now the language. These guys/gals are part of an organize crime corporation to rip you off.
