The phone rang and I picked it up, but they hung up. I suspect this is a "fishing" call to see how many people answer the call, which tells which phones numbers are real.
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.

This is Sirius XM radio.  They usually start calling if you have a subscription about to run out.
