I get the recorded message calls daily from this number as well as 315-849-3804 and 218-206-8586. I have tried to call back and have managed to get through twice just to (pointlessly) ask them to stop calling. I have resorted to their website and send harassing emails to tell them to stop. They are located out of the country and so our government won't do a thing for us.

I posted here on December 13, 2010 and January 3, 2011. I just hung up on this company, again. There was an initial silence, but when the caller finally spoke, he said he was with newbasicmeds.com. Each time I have received a call, it's been a man with a Caribbean-sounding accent.
When I got the confirmation that this was the same bogus company from the past 2 times, I went back to register a complaint on the Do Not Call Registry: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
I filed a complaint on that site on December 13, so I am not sure how long before it takes effect. I am hopeful that if enough complaints are submitted on that site, this terrible company will be fined a lot of money and go out of business.
These people have been calling for years.
I called back and got through a couple times and they just hung up on me.
So consider that they call everyone to sell drugs, but when you call back they will not talk to you.
So what is the real reason for these harassing calls?
Why report this number to the Gov. do not call list?
It says right on the site that they Do Not investigate the calls, they just keep track of the calls for others who may need the data.
We are doomed, between the drug calls and the guy who says: Are Your Carpets Dirty? I am harassed and there is really no one to help.
i have tried the Attrney General office in CA.
I wish the phone company would help.

This telemarketing company left a message on our voicemail this morning, so it does NOT matter to them if you are there to pick up the call or not, they'll still leave the same annoying message.
