They started calling my cellphone about a week ago, with the same automated message. They call about once per day, usually in the afternoon. It's the same automated 30 second message, every time. I tried pressing "1" at the end of the message as they instruct, also "5" to be removed, both times just resulted in immediate disconnection without being connected to anybody or anything else.
I wish they would stop. Filing FCC and phone company complaint now, don't know if they will do any good.
Gave no identifying information, other than talking about a product that sounds like a ripoff of that old "I've fallen and I can't get up" informercial from years ago on TV.
This number has been calling me every afternoon for the past week. I added it to my blocked calls list, but I'm still getting calls once or twice a day and receiving voicemail from them advertising some product.
I had the same problem. I called my phone company which is Verizon. They are able to block the number for you. Also, you can sign in your account, add this number to your block list. hope this can help.
I am really tired of receiving this call from Life Alert every single day about the same time(4:50 p.m.). There is no message and I too have pressed #1 and #5 with no response. Please stop annoying people !
