Who called from 4080974613

A female called from this phone number saying she's from loan review division.
She sounds Indian.
I did not want to talk to her.
I then used another phone to call back, I got message of "your call can not be completed as dial, please check the # and dial again"

Called (again) today... never leave messages. Calling number back yields 'can't be connected.'

Got same call - lady from "loan" division but then she didn't really sell anything.  Sounds suspicious.  Don't fall for it.

Indian Lady knows too much about me, called my cell, knows my address and more. Scary. Block this number

Don't know who they are, but didn't answer because, AFAIK, there are no assigned prefixes that start with 0. Spoofed number = scammer = blocked.
