Says his name is Carlos Cervantes and he owns a home improvement company with his father. Offering free estimates good for 90days. He tried to verify my address even after I told him I'm not interested. Sounds fishy.
Home improvement company, in neighborhood, offer free estimate. I asked for Contractors License number, was told that they present all of that "stuff" with their bid. WRONG ANSWER. In California, license number MUST be disclosed in all advertising, including phone solicitations. Blew my whistle and hung up. Scam if unwilling to disclose identity when asking to visit someone's home.
