I don't know why I bother answering these calls. Dead silence after pick up. Am hoping I can ask someone to take me off the list. Seems like Do-not-call isn't working

408-152-6987 hangs up after answering. 4 seconds. Might be someone casing the location to see if anyone is home. On alert.

After I complained to the caller (who originally identified himself only as being from some local company) that I was on DO NOT CALL list on his original 3:12 PM Sept 29 call to me, he hung up, and then called back at 3:13 PM and threatened me by saying "I'll get you for this, [***] hole."
