Got a call from (408) 172-4467. I answered and heard someone breathing in the phone, but they wouldn't respond to my questions. I hung up and tried calling back and got an error message about the number being bad.
Like the others, they left no message. Came in to Caller ID as "CALIFORNIA." Any call that comes in the name of a city or state, I automatically hit the "BLOCK" button.
