Call on my cell phone and then paged me. When I look up the number it shows it belonging to a charity, "care USA inc" and also comes up as the CEO of a construction company, Noah Building and development. I have never heard of either of these companies. According to white pages.com it is a cell phone in Sunnyvale CA. It must be a scam of some kind.
