Got a call from this cell # 11/16/12 @7:58 am.
May not be robo call, but they hung up like they were one. People...the citisens can no longer answer their phones like normal due to this constant harrasment from spoofers, phishers and the like.
If you call a number it's only descent to leave a message even if you dialed the wrong number. You can at least say so and state how sorry you are to bother people at home.

How else do you think we are going to comunicate?
