Who called from 4082142293

This just happened to me.  My phone rang just once and then they hung up.  Fishy!!

Just called, rang once and then they hung up.  Same as everyone else here.  So odd!

Got a call from this # and got a voicemail notification badge that looks like a dot rather than a #1. I've never seen this before. I checked the voicemail and there isn't any.

Same thing. One ring.  I never call back if it's not a contact or clearly identified.

Called my DNC-registered cell - one ring - didn't recognize, didn't answer.
