This Company is driving me crazy! When I finally do talk to someone they hang up on me as soon as I ask for a supervisor! They call me no less that 20 times per day. I block the number and they call me from a different one.
this is one of many many numbers in many different states that this company calls from I have already received 4 calls from this number today and it is only 1:20p.m. by 9:00p.m. there will be 4 or 5 more, very frustrating. Why do we report these calls to you, does anyone ever do anything about them? It's a company that says they want to lower your interest on student loans and other loans up to 90%. They are robo calls so you can't speak to anyone, they also say if you want to discontinue getting these calls, press 2 and they take the 'yes'answer and say it could take up to 48 hrs, that was 3 weeks ago.
the DoNotCall list does not make sense if 10 million companies can call you, even if you are on the list... and tell you to press this or that number if you want to be taken off the list. These morons have called me at least 20 times within the last weeks and every time when I block one number they call from a different number
this is the company that wants to lower your interest rates on student loans etc, if you believe that, and I don't know how important this is to you but it's important to me and others like me, they are calling from:408-214-6541,469-214-4006, 872-221-6879, 647-848-0102,917-201-7054,215-337-2107, 844-255-6448, 608-319-1127,757-272-1193, 619-202-9446 and even from my own home phone number.
What can be done?
