Yes - except that PG&E does NOT call you - you have to call them or apply online for this program!  This number only shows up in one place - here!

This person called me about PG&E program to save me money on my utiility bill.  Her name was Jocelyn.  I immediately told here to remove me from her call list, I'm on the do not call list, it's a cell phone, yadda yadda yadda.  After insisting a half dozen times and not agreeing to listen to her schpeel, she finally said she will remove me.  I doubt she will.
