They call my cell phone AND my house phone.

I haven't owned a Toyota since the '70's.  My vehicles have been paid off for years.  I have NO account with them.

I called them back and told to stop calling my number.  Get this- the rep said they 'can't unless I provide them with the account number associated with the phone number.'  WHAT??? I have NO account with them.  I told the rep that the FTC laws are clear- if I demand they quit calling, they better stop calling.  She asked for my phone number, so I gave it to her.  Then she argues with me and said it was impossible to stop the calls unless I provide an account number.  I told her that is in violation of FTC laws and I DEMAND THEY STOP CALLING.  She refused and said it couldn't be done and nothing they can do about it.  Oh Yeah?  I told her I was reporting her to the FTC and she just hung up on me.

You BET I'm reporting them!  They don't need a frickin' account number to take my phone number off their call list!

Let them tell the FTC they can't do it!

I filed 2 complaints with the FTC one for each phone number.  I filed a complaint for the Do Not Call registry and for Consumer Complaints.

Oh please call again so I can sue you $11,000 for each call you make!!!  Then I can buy a new car, maybe even a Lexus- license plate, "nocalls".
