Who called from 4082284486

They called me, I didn't recognize the number so let it ring.  Only rang for a couple seconds then no voicemail.  Very sketchy.  BLOCKED.

Some guy called me from this number.  I answered, he told me he has sexual relations with livestock(and his own sister) then hung up.

This is scam call. Rang once and hung up. Sucking!
How can the f*ing garbage calls so often? The government should do something to prevent this!

Most of these calls originate overseas so there's not a lot the government can do to prevent it.

Got a call, one ring, then hang up and no VM like all others.
