This unknown black man called me up
8:20 Am.( I can tell because he was speaking with Afro American accent)
I was just woke up in the bed by this call because I went to bed late last night.  He said someone left my number on his car saying that i broke his tail light. This man has too much time to kill to do a phone prank like this.
He ruined my sleep. I said you got the wrong number then he was yelling with Afro American accent. He was going Insane.
The police should do something about this type of prank call.
People like this should be jail.
