Received a call from 408-257-5825 but did not answer. They left no message. My mother lives in 408 area code AND her central office serves the 257 prefix, so I called the number back, thinking my elderly mom locked herself out and was calling from a neighbors home. Got a recorded message saying that number is NOT in service. So yes indeed it was a spoofed phone number.
