Solar Energy company selling solar panels.  Do not waste your time picking up the call.

Caller ID San Jose, CA called 5:17 p.m. PDT, no message left-->blocked

Debating whether to pick up or not, since it's local area code to me. Expecting some calls, so wasn't sure if this was one of them. Glad I didn't pick up--no voicemail left.

Phone rang, didn't know that number  so, I didn't answer.  No voice mail left.  Obvious scammer based on the above.

They called. I did not answer. I do not answer for anyone I do not recognize in CallerID. They get one chance to leave a message. They did not leave a message. Forever blocked. Assaholas. We are not stupid, and we have resources to counteract you, even though the f'ing phone companies love harassers.
