I received a call from someone from this number telling me if I was the f...ing b... that had hit his car.  He said I had broken his tail lights and crashed into it.  I told him he was wrong and I had not hit any car...he kept on calling me names and said that I left him a note on his windshield with my number.

He had a thick Asian accent and I said I was going to call the police right now and report this false accusation.  I hung up on him and called the police.  I also tried calling this number and was a landline with a recording that this number had been disconnected.

The police told me to file a police report.  I am scared and confused.  A month ago I kept on getting calls ...and when I would call the number back the people on the other line swore they had never called me.
