No matter how many complaints I file with Do not Call, no matter how many times I request to be OFF the list, these idiots continue to call. Which part of I DON'T WANT SOLAR do they not get?

the caller ID said it was out of Sunnyvale. I'm going to yelp the Solar company that keeps calling. We are on a Federal do not call list. The compile a call list using a book of prefixes and tell the computer to dial 1-408-000-0001 thru 1-408-999-9999. I watched my old boss do this to make more money for the office floor. It breaks a ton of laws. No one will do anything though. I guess it's ok to break the law these days as long as no one is actually injured..... Wtf?
