This was a valid call for me as my employer, BNY Mellon, uses this service provide ("SAP" a/k/a Dialogic Communications) to initiate an emergency telephone response system to all employees to call work after receiving the taped phone message from this number.   So, beware, your employer might be using the same emergency broadcast system to contact employees with messages via this service provider, Dialogic Communications.  The automated system will leave a voicemail message if you don't answer.
