Knew the owner's full name, but when I screened the call, I found it is "Approved Solutions" telemarketing.  This is the new breed of telemarketers who are usually refined and sound like they are calling and make it so that the phone answerer thinks it's personal or a friend... and it's not.  It's Telemarketing.
